Ramundberget offers everything from gentle children's slopes to steep runs and off-piste skiing among the mountain birches. We have 50 varied runs that naturally follow the terrain, each with its own unique character.
Alpine skiing in Ramundberget is built on strong foundations, with slopes designed to follow the natural contours of the terrain in a landscape made for skiing.
Thanks to the abundant natural snowfall each winter, our slopes consist mainly of natural snow. No artificial snow is used in either Osthang or Västhang, giving our slopes a uniquely smooth surface and, quite simply, a better skiing experience.
The youngest skiers begin their skiing adventure in Lillramis, then progress through the ski area to the steeper yet still natural slopes of Osthang.

Sweden's best ski resort
Following this year’s record-breaking vote on Freeride, in which both readers and the jury had their say, Ramundberget and Funäsfjällen were named Sweden’s best ski resort—for the fourth year in a row! We are incredibly proud to share this award for the fifth time overall with our neighbours Funäsdalen, Tänndalen, Tännäskröket, Tänndalsvallen and Kappruet. Together, we form one of Scandinavia’s largest ski areas, with something for everyone. Thank you to everyone who voted and who continues to make mountain memories with us—year after year.

Then and now
Just over 20 years after the first guests arrived at Ramundberget, the first lift was built in 1958. Even then, it was clear that the area offered ideal conditions for serious alpine skiing. The weather conditions are exceptional, and Ramundberget is renowned as a true powder haven. To this day, natural snow still prevails over machine-made snow here—something unique among Sweden’s more popular ski resorts. It is therefore no coincidence that so many freeriders and ski-touring enthusiasts praise Ramundberget year after year.
