Cross-country skiing
In Funäsfjällen, you’ll find Sweden’s best cross-country trail network. The Fjällpass Längd trail pass gives you access to 300 kilometres of groomed cross-country trails. Experience cross-country skiing amid magnificent mountain scenery – through valleys and across open mountain terrain. Cross-country skiing is available in the area from the autumn half-term holiday until the end of April.
Cross-country skiing around Ramundberget
The valley between Ramundberget and Bruksvallarna offers 110 kilometres of groomed cross-country ski trails. From the heart of Ramundberget village, you can also easily take the lift up above the tree line and enjoy miles of mountain trails with spectacular views.
Fjällpass Cross-Country
The Fjällpass Längd trail pass gives you access to the entire Funäsfjällen cross-country trail network. You can purchase it on our website, from Guest Services, at the trail centres, or via the Spår och Leder Funäsfjällen app. Pree season: 25 October–15 December Main season: 16 December–2 May

Take the lift up
Want an easy way to get up onto the mountain? Take the lift to the mountain’s cross-country trails—many of the best trails start at the top of Fjällgårdsbanan. Your dog is also welcome to ride the lift with you.
Ski bus
The trail pass also includes free ski bus travel between the villages, making it easy to cross-country ski in different areas and take the bus back.
