Good morning Yoga

Welcome to a soft form of yoga created especially for skiers to prevent and speed up healing of muscle soreness. Many skiers have problems with their knees and back because certain muscles become short and stiff.

We mix long flowing yoga movements with a lot of stretching of legs and of the muscles that are impacted most by skiing. We focus on waking up your body before a day on the slopes and getting re-energised for the evening.

Yoga helps you to become a better skier, with more focus, balance and flexibility. You also strengthen your core, which is needed for ski stability. Our skilled instructors will be happy to welcome you.
